5 year plan: For the majority of my five year plan consists of going to university. I am hoping to go University and study media of some sort, in the hope that I eventually get some work in the industry. My dream is to get a job in sport either working behind or in front of the camera as a presenter/commentator or any other production job. In order to help myself achieve this goal I am going to continue to get work experience and create my own content in order to better my skills and get a better job in the industry when I leave Uni.

10 year plan: In 10 years time, I am hoping to be well into my career in the media industry. I'd have finished University and hopefully have begun working in the sporting industry either in front of camera or behind the scenes either for one of the big sports broadcasters such as Sky or BT or I want to work for a professional club in their media team. I am hoping to also carry on developing my own content in my spare time.

Anxieties:

One of my biggest worries that I often face is over-thinking and worrying about certain things. I'm usually a very confident person however sometimes I tend to overthink decisions and what to say. This could be a problem in the future when it comes to making big decisions in my personal life and my career. In order to overcome this I am going to start being more confident with my decision making and just do it because 99% of the time the thing I worry don't even happen.

Another anxiety that I have is that I often need reassurance to know that I am doing a good job because otherwise I may worry that I am letting people and myself down and what I am doing is not going to be good. I often need to be reassured just to know I am doing okay.

Probably my biggest anxiety is my health. My health and my condition has been one of the most uncertain and unpredictable things in my life over the last three years because I cannot control how my blood behaves and it can often be challenging especially when things get tough. However I have learned and understood that things are going to be unpredictable that it'll pass and you just have to take it day by day.
